The following terms and conditions related to privacy (collectively, the “Privacy Policy”) govern how Colter Dillon, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, with a business address at 114 Henderson St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514  and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Colter Dillon”, “us”, “our” or “we”) treats information that it collects and receives from you when you access and use our website at www.colterdillon.com and any related Colter Dillon links, including any electronic messages between you and the website (collectively, the “Website”).

Personally-Identifiable Information

Non Personally-Identifiable Generic Information

In general, Colter Dillon gathers some generic information automatically. Generic information does NOT reveal the identity of the visitor. Children's Privacy

This Website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on this Website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13, we will delete the information from our records.
